I guess forex hybrid trading is a type of forex trading. In forex hybrid trading, you make use of an automated system which can be overriden by manual trading. This means that you can have a mechanical trading system that gives you trade signals but you can opt to ignore these signals or make modifications. Because of that, this probably has an advantage over pure mechanical trading systems or purely manual forex trading.

To add to HappyPip's answer, the downside of forex hybrid system is that it adds back the 'emotion factor' of traders that a pure mechanical system basically eliminates.
