Resolved Question
Bid charts, ask charts, and regular charts?
I see people mention using a bid chart, or a ask chart for forex trading. I've only seen regular price charts ( if thats what you call it)

The regular price chart as you call it is most likely the bid chart, show the ask prices, meaning the price you get when going short.
In some charting software you have the opportunity to switch to let it show you the ask price, so the price you pay when going long.
When you broker has fixed spread there no reason to switch, when the spreads float these two kind of charts will differ by the floatation of the spread.

These are just different ways of looking at price action. In BID charts, they use the "BID" price of your broker in constructing the charts. ASK charts, they use the "ASK" price of your broker in constructing charts. In regular charts, they are probably using an index - ((Bid+Ask)/2).
