I have my own trading log and I think it's not enough. How can I make my trading log more effective and efficient?

A simple database could help you a lot with your trading activities and it could also provide you a copy of the reports. You could have fields like: currency pair, entry, exit, reasons for entering the trade, post trade comments, and screen shots.

You could try Drupal’s module: I’m using it right now and it acts as my trading log somehow. Then I create chapters every week with some detailed information about my forex activity or notes that are important for that specific date.

You could also use a spreadsheet that have columns that include: Date, Currency, Direction, Entry, Exit, Stop Loss, P/L, and Comments. You don’t need to write in the comments section regularly though.
