In this Up and Down going market which commodity you will love to invest. And why?

I would invest in copper.
However would speculate with Oil!
In the up and down going market oil is holding a good level.
I prefer two of them:
In Europe - ICE Gas oil
In USA - NYMEX Rbob

If market was UP I am personally choose : STOCKS Market for INVEST and FOREX market for TRADING
Because: when market was UP Stocks Market is the Best Instrument for growing our money and Forex market is the Best Instrument for Trading coz of the Volatile
If market was DOWN I am personally choose : GOLD and Goverment BONDS
Because GOLD as known as a SAFE HEAVEN when the Market was in Bearish.
