What is the best time to trade for the 4 majors? My time zone is EST.

I would suggest trading during the crossover of the European and US sessions. Those trading hours bring the most volatility and liquidity.

The best time is during the European session or US session. The EUR session usually opens at 3 am while the US session at 8am.

In my case, I trade the majors before the release of major economic updates during the Euro session and/or the Us session. Usually the price moves hours before the release in anticipation of the consensus. You can check the market hours from this site: http://www.babypips.com/school/mark....
