Resolved Question
In my broker`s website there is a warning about the difference between demo and live accounts, should i be afraid?
Hi, sorry if I couldn`t ask the question right in the title. I have a demo account with alpari.ru website and in the section about the main differences between a demo and an actual live account it is said that:
Deals are processed automatically (by the server) within 4-5 seconds whilst on the live account they are processed manually (by a dealer) within 5-15 seconds (under normal market conditions).
Should I be afraid of this? Is it a bad thing or is it common among brokerages? Should I think about moving to another broker with better terms? any suggestions?

Always be aware of scams! That being said, your best bet is to check whether your broker is registered with regulating authorities such as the National Futures Association (NFA) or Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) if they're based in the US. If the broker is based in the United Kingdom, check with the Financial Service Authority (FSA). If the broker isn't registered with any of these or any other recognized regulating firm, then you may want to think twice before signing up with them. You can never be too careful with your hard-earned money you wish to invest! I posted a nice guide below on how to assess whether you should be worried about your broker!
