If I deposit in a broker amounting for example $5000, can I lose more than that amount?

Most brokers automatically close out a position if the equity falls below the margin required for that position. My advice for you will be: read the agreement between you and your broker carefully. Make sure you understand how they handle a losing trade.

FXCM is my broker: I've opened a micro-account with 50$ 400:1. Will I lose only my 50$ or will I have to pay back all 100.000$ to him?

Most brokers have an option called margin call. It automatically close opened trade if your free margin is below some point (for example, 10% of initial margin).
