You can visit ReviewPips.com to check out the reviews for both GFT and CMS. You might also want to drop by the BabyPips.com forum to read the discussions about both brokers. I provided a few relevant links below but feel free to roam around the sites as well...

I use gft for there software i believe it is the best, however i use fxpro.com for my dealing as they have fast exercutions, very low spreads and still allow you to hedge if that what you like to do. They also wont hound you for money like gft. Hope this helps. Andy. P.s I dont have experience with cms but have herd they also have slow fills!

I have been using GFT for almost 2 years as my forex broker but am considering switching to CMS because I use CMS's software (VT Trader) for charting. GFT tends to delay my orders and/or fill the position wherever they want to fill my position. Maybe I'll give fxpro a try.

i use fxcmfor my micro account. theyhave been great so far. spreads are usually 1.5-3 pips onm majors. ive never tried to trade during news so i cant advise on their execution during news. customer service is very good. they give you free trading signals to active clients. these tend to be contrarian (against the trend),
so i usually ignore all but the ones that follow the trend.there mt4 and active trader platforms look interesting but my acct is not big enough to qualify.
