I suggest you check out www.reviewpips.com. It contains reviews and comments on brokers. You may be able to find a broker than can provide what you are looking for.

You can also look at BabyPips.com's broker comparison tool. It's really helpful. And if you're not satisfied with that, you can always just google it. :)
