What is the best lot size to enter the trade?
I have account with USD 2000 and using MT4 with 1:100 leverage, what should be the lot size with 20 pips stop loss and 20 pips take profit. thanks for your answer

The "best" lot size will depend on your risk management rules and the pair you trade. For example, if you are willing to lose only 1% of your account (20 usd) on a eurusd trade with a 20 pip stop, then you risk 10,000 units or 1 mini lot. I posted a nice tool below for you so that you can determine what's the best lot size to use.

For people who are beginners, 2% of your float should be the max that you ever consider. As ninja said, you should position size to the risk %, so 1% risk over 20pips is 1 mini. 2% is 2 mini.

This depends on how much you are willing to risk on the trade. Using a position size calculator, you can determine how much units you should put in a trade based on the percentage of your account your willing to risk and the size of your stop.
