What is a psychological, or psychologically significant, level mean?

These are normally price levels that big banks and institutions place their offers at. These can swing the market so sometimes, they act as support / resistance levels. An example of this would be round numbers, like a price of 1.5000 for the EURUSD, or 90.00 for USDJPY.

Well, people generally want to buy and sell on a round number. This is exhibited when prices find resistances or supports at levels like 0.9000 rather than 0.9019.
