What are the best pairs to trade 17:00 to 22:00 in UK

Do you mean 17:00 to 22:00 GMT?? If you mean GMT, that would the afternoon session off the US trading session. Since this is the end of the London session, there would be no crossover, which could mean less liquidity. You might want to stay away from crosses or exotic pairs and stick to the majors (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF and USD/JPY).

That would be the second half of the US session, which means that it would be better to stick to the USD pairs since these are the most liquid ones at this time of the day.
