Macd, the most reliable divergence?
For high probability trade is it wise to only use macd divergence rather than others in addition to other confirmations in our trades?

There really is no "most reliable way" because they all pretty much function the same way. Usually, once you spot a divergence on the MACD and price, you'd probably see the same if you use other oscillators like stochastics and RSI too.

It really depends on your strategy. I would suggest doing back testing your system incorporating the MACD, as well as back testing other strategies that use other indicators. This will give you a clearer idea of whether or not the MACD works for you trading strategy or not. By doing this, you can tweak certain parts of the strategy to give you the optimal results.
