I’m just curious if I should spend my first six months on learning forex?
I’m totally new to forex and I don’t really know where to start.

You may not need six months to learn the basics of forex trading. A good way to start is the School of Pipsology in babypips.com. And a good time to start studying is now.

You must learn the basics first so that you can build a strong and effective foundation. Starting your education at the beginning is always ideal.

Read different forex books. Watch tutorial videos. Make a habit of observing the market. Discover the different indicators. The whole learning process should take you about 6 months, more or less. You must not leave no unanswered questions in your mind before starting a demo account in trading. Build your own system and try it in your new demo account for about 2 months.
