How important are the bank stress tests?
Are they connected to the forex market? If my bank failed, is my forex earnings affected?

Yes. Bank stress test is somehow connected to forex market. Some pairs jumped during those times -- but it could just be coincidental.
No, your forex earnings will not be affected if your bank failed the stress test.
