By 1/2 points i assume you are talking about the spread. No, not all brokers offer 1 to 2 pips spread. A lot of times, it really depends on what pair you are trading. If you are trading synthetic (cross) pairs, it is very unlikely that you will find spreads at just 1/2 pips. You have to consider that the liquidity of the pair will affect what prices you can receive. To answer your 2nd question, you should also take into mind other factors as well. You have to consider slippage, whether the platform is java based or not, what kind of leverage you can use, etc. I suggest you check out reviewpips. Com and the broker guide over at babypips. Com for more information about different brokers. This could help you find the broker that is right for you!

Cyclopip is right. Not all brokers offer 1/2 points on anything. And it's hard to pinpoint those who do. The best source of information would be the broker's customer service. Contact their help desk. It's free.
