Geez. If that's a picture of you then you're 'not too shabby' (meaning that you're 'good looking' in other words)!!! LOL!!!

MAY I ask: why do you want an online trading platform as opposed to a trading platform that is downloaded and runs locally??? Most online trading platforms use Java to start with and no online trading platform can be as responsive as a trading platform that has been downloaded and runs locally (largely as a direct result of all the 'extra junk' that is loaded with most web browsers). There are various other reaons why a downloaded trading platform that runs locally is superior to any online trading platform (and by 'online trading platform' I mean a web based trading platform). But as I noted: it depends on your reasoning for wanting a online trading platform which, at this time, I'm not aware of obviously.

Dale.

10xs for the "not too shabby" thing and yeap it´s me 100% on the picture LOL

It turns out that I work for a company that has strictly prohibited to download any kind of software so I wanna watch my back, so I don´t end up unemployed and poor if I turn out to be a lousy trader

Hello,

Well let me ask you this question: if they're THAT 'full of it' (about prohibiting software downloads) are you quite sure they're not going to have an issue with your checking your trades during the day EVEN with an online trading platform??? LOL!!!

Anyway: I'm quite happy to give you some ideas (there are options). If you don't mind though: could you rather sign up with BabyPips (this is one of their websites anyway) and let me know that it's you (my username on BabyPips is 'dpaterso' and I'm 'kinda well known' around those parts OR join my forums (techtradercentral dot proboards dot com) (or join / signup with both). At least on my forums I can make UNSOLICITED suggestions!!! I just hate these 'blog type' things (I always run out of characters before I've finished saying what I wanted to say and they're SLOW).

And don't worry: I'm not trying to solicit you (well not as a CLIENT anyway)!!! LOL!!!

Regards,

Dale.

Hey!!!. I just realised something!!! Why am I 'dodging the bullet' here??? On this site it would appear that links are allowed so here they are:

http://forums.babypips.com/
http://www.techtradercentral.proboards.com/

Put it this way (Admins): if there's a link allowed to a Binary Options Broker (for crying out aloud) then there should be NO problem with MY links posted here!!! LOL!!!

Dale.

Speaking of binary option trading. Where can I learn advanced material, tools and techniques so I can afford to quit my day job eventually ....?

Currently, I trade binary option but because I'm an amateur at it, I'm scared of running the risk of blowing up my bankroll. I want to consistently build on my capital ... just like running a marathon if you all know what I mean.

I'm also using a signal service but true wealth stems from acquiring the knowledge to apply and not relying on someone else's knowledge to make it work for you. Anyways, those are my two cents. Thanks for anyone who might be able to provide some insights.

In the meantime, I'll continue to learn about trading so I can open a live account next year, 2012.
