Resolved Question
I’m not sure what the problem is but it seems that I am not getting a live feed.
My charts are freezing and live quotes do not change. What do you think is the problem of my software?

The same happens to me; as Cyclopip told you it could be your internet connection; but also came to my mind a pdf I downloaded from the forums at babypips, and I answer with another question: could it be a trap of our brokers too? I am refering to what TYMEN1 says in his book "The ultimate candlestick Trading Method" page 6. He refers this as "Persecution", and also set out other ways to "block" our well trading session. So your (our) problem may come from something like this, and I dare to share with these ideas althought not always could be about a "Persecution", but really internet connection troubles. Here is the link where the pdf is: THE JOY OF CANDLESTICK TRADING- Part 2

It might be your internet. If it isn't stable, then you might not be able to get a live feed. Try disconnecting your LAN cable or resetting your modem. You can also try reinstalling your software. That might help

Remember that not all charting software provide live up-to-date feeds. Some charting platforms only do "end-of-day" data... especially the demo versions. This means that they only update data once, at the end of the US trading session. I suggest you go check out the accompanying manual or FAQ questions with your software.

You may refer your concern, of course, to your software provider if the problem persists after doing the above mentioned actions.

Did you check your internet connection? Or did you ever try downloading a new platform? If they are all in good condition, maybe you've been trying to access the market during weekends. I suggest you take down these:

I hope it helps you. :) Happy Trading!
